personnel vs. personal
personnel是个名词，它的重音落在单词的末尾，意思是企业的员工。
比如：Our company has the best personnel in the industry.
在这一行里，大家企业的职员队伍是最强的。
personal则是个形容词，意思是私人，个人，它的重音落在单词的开头。
比如：I'm requesting a day of annual leave for personal reasons.
由于个人缘由，我想休一天年假。
应该注意，可别把personal meeting说成personnel meeting，意思可是完全不同哦！
shipping advice vs. shipping instructions
shipping advice 是装运公告，是由出口商（卖主）发给进口商（买主）的。
比如：I've sent the shipping advice to you. The goods will be shipped before May 30.
我方已发了装运公告，货物会在5月30近日发出。
shipping instructions 则是装运需知，是进口商（买主）发给出口商（卖主）的。
比如：Please ship the goods according to the shipping instructions.
请依据装运需知来装运货物。
