you are so kind as to do me a favor 我能理解 "你是这样的慷慨想帮我一个忙" 但加上would 表请求时，我无法理解他的意思,直译不出来
二个句子唯一有什么区别就是，你能理解的句子是已经过的动作，你不理解的是还没发生的动作。你委婉地请求其他人帮忙，用了委婉的would(你想吗）。所以直译为：你能（想）帮我一个忙吗？（kind可以不翻译）
